Terms and Conditions for Bay Area Casket Wraps

​1. Service Agreement

By placing an order, you agree to provide high-resolution design assets and acknowledge that final print colors may vary slightly from digital proofs due to material finishes.

​2. Payment and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin custom design work. Full payment must be settled before the final application or shipping of the vinyl wrap.

​3. Client Approval

You are responsible for the final proofreading of all names, dates, and graphics. Once you provide written approval for a design, no further changes can be made without additional fees.

​4. Turnaround and Delivery

While we strive to meet memorial service deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or incomplete information provided by the client.

​5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of memorial products, all sales are final. Cancellations made after printing has commenced will not be eligible for a refund.

​6. Liability

Bay Area Casket Wraps is not responsible for any damage to the underlying casket surface during the application or removal process performed by third parties
